McCormick Ranch is located in the heart of Scottsdale, and full of history and heritage.  It prides itself on being one of Arizona's first and largest master planned communities.  Filled with parks and man made lakes, it offers many amenities to suit homeowners young and old.  McCormick ranch encompasses over 3,116 acres, houses 2 championship golf courses, 130 acres of lakes and numerous parks and tennis courts. 

Homes in McCormick Ranch were primarily constructed from the early 1970s through the mid 1980s, with scattered in-fill construction.  Because of this, McCormick Ranch is one of the few communites toto offer "character homes" on large lots with mature landscaping.  As, construction of that era differs greatly from todays more cookie-cutter style.  Development began along the southern boundary at Indian Bend Road and progressed northward incrementally to Shea Boulevard.  It is bound on the west by Scottsdale Road and 92nd St on the east.
